We Are Not a Government Custodian. Tualatin Residents Directory is a private reference service. We cannot obtain or certify records, confirm a household at an address, or change a government roll or database. Direct those requests to the office that holds the record. For an emergency, call 911. If someone is stalking or harassing you, contact local police.
Finding the Right Record
Use the record path that matches the question:
- An address or named street: use Tualatin Streets for the county parcel and recording routes.
- Older directory or history material: use Tualatin City Directory for library, historical-society, and archive referrals.
- One named person: use Tualatin Resident Lookup for a source-by-source verification approach.
- Office ownership and access rules: start with Tualatin records offices.
- A City record not published online: make a precise request under the Oregon Public Records Law, ORS 192.311–192.478, to the City custodian.
City of Tualatin public-records route: The City directs requests for City-held records to the Deputy City Recorder. Research identifies City Recorder Nicole Morris, 503-691-3011, nmorris@ci.tualatin.or.us, City Hall, 18880 SW Martinazzi Ave, Tualatin, OR 97062. Inspection and copy production occur during regular City business hours. Submit a request through the City public-records page or its request form, and identify the document or record series, address or date range, and preferred delivery.
Police reports: Tualatin Police Records is a separate City channel at 503-691-4800. Court files belong with the appropriate court clerk, and an east-side Tualatin property or event may require the Clackamas County custodian instead of a Washington County office.
