Oregon Public Records Law, ORS 192.311–192.478, including ORS 192.420, ORS 192.324, and ORS 192.329, governs access to nonexempt records held by public bodies, not records held by this private reference. The Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (OCPA), ORS 646A.570–646A.589, applies according to its own terms to covered businesses and does not erase independently public government records.
